3. The Offer
- Product description : Racketsport Westland.nl strives to describe products clearly and truthfully. Any errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Racketsport Westland.nl.
- Prices : All prices on the Website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process.
- Availability : If a product is no longer available, Racketsport Westland.nl reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, the Customer will be informed and will receive the paid amount back.
4. Formation of the Agreement
An agreement is concluded when the Customer places the order and receives a confirmation from Racketsport Westland.nl via e-mail. Racketsport Westland.nl has the right to refuse orders without giving a reason.
5. Payment
- Payment Methods : Payments can be made via the payment methods offered on the Website, including iDeal, credit card, and other online payment methods.
- Payment term : The Customer must pay the full purchase amount immediately upon placing the order.
- Security : Racketsport Westland.nl uses secure payment methods. The Customer is responsible for the correct use of the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery time : Racketsport Westland.nl strives to deliver orders within 2 working days. Deviating delivery times are clearly indicated on the Website.
- Shipping costs : Shipping costs are stated during the ordering process. For orders over 50 euros, shipping costs may be free.
- Delivery address : Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Racketsport Westland.nl is not responsible for errors resulting from the Customer providing an incorrect address.
7. Right of withdrawal and return policy
- Right of withdrawal : The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason.
- Return procedure : To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact info@racketsportwestland.nl The product must be returned undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.
- Return costs : The costs for return shipment are at the expense of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refund : Racketsport Westland.nl will refund the purchase amount including any standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.
8. Complaints and Warranty
- Complaints : Complaints about a product or the service provided can be submitted via info@racketsportwestland.nl . Racketsport Westland.nl aims to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
- Warranty : Certain products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and conditions are stated per product. This warranty expires if the Customer attempts to repair the product themselves or if the product is damaged through improper use.
9. Liability
Racketsport Westland.nl is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Website or the products, unless such damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Racketsport Westland.nl.
